Before Gary could retort, Redsprings had already pressed the control button,switching the video to the conference room.

In the center of the video was an old man with a white beard and eyebrows. His thin and wrinkled face was red, his sharp eyes emitting a formidable aura.

This old man was Brian Sanchez, the Jeremy family's current head and Gary's grandfather.

On his left and right were two other elders, both with cold and stern expressions at the camera.

Seeing these vaguely familiar faces, Westfield couldn't help but feel a

mix of etotions. Evet since he was banished three years ago. he'd never expected to meet them again like this. They never contacted him until now, as if they had completely forgotten about him.

"Mark, respected elders!" Gary immediately bowed and greeted the video with a smile, showing a stark contrast to Westfield's calm and unaffected demeanor

"Westfield, why didn't you greet the elders when you saw them?"Jonathan narrowed his eyes and asked in a low voice.

"Don't you already have Gary to be your good grandson? Since you wouldn't really care about me, I won't join in this lively scene"Westfield replied calmly.

"I initially thought you were just being mischievous and you'd still redeem yourself, but now it seems you're not even willing to fight for your last chance." Jonathan angrily sneered in a low, menacing tone,

"Stop beating around the Jason and get straight to the point. Don't you have something to discuss?" Westfield responded nonchalantly.

"I'm extremely busy right now, and I don't want to waste anyone's

time. Therefore, you should stop labeling me as someone who doesn't know bettet!" Westfield urged impatiently.

"Westfield, what's with this attitude? How dare you talk to the elders like this? "One elder immediately slammed the table and angrily questioned.

"Alright, let's get straight to the point. I'm asking you, will you accept being the family's heir? This is your last chance, so think carefully before answering.

Otherwise, you will lose everything you have now and be banished completely from the Jeremys!" Jonathan waved his hand, signaling the elder beside him to calm down.

Westfield furrowed his brows. Whenever things don't go as he expected, there was probably something suspicious going on. Was Jonathan so eager to change his attitude and make him the hei just because of his business abilities?

"I've never thought of being the heir, nor do I care." He replied bluntly. Since he suspected something fishy, he would never agree to this, Who knew if they were setting a trap for him?

"Have you thought this through? It you give up. not only will you lose Kenneth Scott, but you'll also be banished from our family!"Jonathan's face immediately turned grím, and the other elders revealed uncertain expressions. Seeing this, Westfield could confirm his guess even more.

"I believe the elders haven't ages so much to the point they can't hear me, right?" Westfield was determined. This made Redsprings anxious on the side, but unfortunately, he had little influence and couldn't say anything.

“Westfield, you chose this, so you can't blame anyone else! Now,as an elder of the Jeremy family, I banish you from the Jeremy family. We will cut all ties immediately, and your position as John Reed chairman is revoked, with Gary temporarily assume that position.Let it be known to everyone immediately!" Jonathan snorted coldly,announcing Westfield's expulsion from the Jeremys without mercy.

“Mark,you can rest assured that I will take over Kenneth Scott and ensure its further success!" Gary exclaimed joyfully. Whilst expressing gratitude, he also looked at Westfield with imperiousness.

“Elders, this isn't right... All these years, it was Westfield who'd revived the declining Kenneth Scott and contributed greatly to the Jeremys..." Redsprings's face immediately turned sour and couldn't help but plead for Westfield.

"Enough, Redsprings. They've already decided this, so how you change it with a few words?" Westfield interrupted hím,knowing that it was futile to plead at this point.

Redsprings suddenly lowered his head and fell silent.

"Westfield,how dare you act arrogantly in front of me?" Gary mocked him with a smug look on his face.

Unfortunately, Westfield still treated him like air, acting as if he hadn't heard a word.

After some silence, he looked up at Jonathan and said slowly,"Since it has come to this, I won't complain if you want to remove me from the Jeremys, However, Kenneth Scott was my hard work. Without me, it would've long gone bankrupt! All these years,my only hope was to get a single answer. As long as you can tell me the truth about the car accident that killed my father and caused my mother's disappearance,I will hand Kenneth Scott over."

Upon hearing this, the faces of the elders changed simultaneously.clearly shocked by his question.

Nobody in the Jeremy family had mentioned that car accident for

years. They didn't expect him to still hoId onto it after so long!

"You're no longer a member of the Jeremy family, so why should[tell you? Moreover, Kenneth Scott was originally our property; why must I wait for you to hand it over? Do you think you're the only one capable of doing so? Let me warn you, this is my family's top secret, and outsiders have no right to know. Jonathan's response was extremnely decisive, with no intention of explaining. Afterward, he directly ended the video.

“Perhaps I should've expected this outcome, Jonathan. However, do you think everything is under your control? Autumnheights make you realize that even if I leave the Jeremy family, I won't tolerate anyone stepping on me!"

Westfield clenched his fist tightly, shocked that even after leaving the family, Jonathan still didn't want to say anything about the car accident. In an instant, his anger reached its peak.

Turning his head, he coldly stared at Gary's proud face before walking out of the conference room without looking back.
