Chapter 136: Chapter 136

Tony Lombardi and Milo Roland followed closely behind as they headed to the dining room.

Wendy Lombardi and Tony froze when they saw the lavish spread on the table.

Wendy's eyes widened in disbelief. "Jenna, did you make all this by yourself?"

Jenna Roland smiled softly. "Yes, sis. Go ahead and try it. Let me know what you think."

Tony and Wendy exchanged glances, stunned by Jenna's culinary skills.

Every dish was beautifully presented, with mouthwatering aromas that rivaled a professional chef's work.

Wendy eagerly took her seat, accepting the chopsticks Tony handed her. She picked up a piece of braised fish.

The moment the fish touched her tongue, her eyes lit up. "Oh my God, this is incredible!"

Jenna blushed. "If you like it, I can come cook for you more often."

"That's a promise!" Wendy beamed. "If you don't show up, I'll have your brother pester you every day."

Jenna nodded. "Deal."

The table was laden with delicacies—steamed sea bass, sweet and sour ribs, and Milo's favorite cola chicken wings.

The meal was a joyous occasion. Even Wendy, who usually only ate one bowl of rice, went for seconds.

Tony devoured three full bowls, leaving Nanny Florence speechless.

The housekeeper marveled silently. In all her years of service, she'd never seen the family enjoy a meal this much.

After dinner, Wendy went upstairs and returned with two thick red envelopes.

She handed one to Jenna and the other to Milo. "This is a little something from your brother and me for your first visit."

Jenna immediately protested. "Sis, we can't accept this."

Tony frowned. "What, do you not consider us family?"

Milo shook his head. "Bro, sis, we appreciate the gesture, but we really can't take this."

Tony's expression darkened. "If you refuse again, I'll be offended."

The envelopes were visibly stuffed with cash.

Jenna and Milo exchanged glances, torn between gratitude and discomfort.
