Chapter 304: Chapter 304

Jenna Roland sat on the chair beside the hospital bed, her brow slightly furrowed. "What have you been eating these past few days? Didn't your sister cook for you?"

Stella Laurent pouted, absentmindedly twisting the corner of the bedsheet. "She just orders takeout for me."

Jenna's breath hitched.

She never expected Sylvia to care for her sister in the hospital without even preparing a proper meal.

"I'll make you chicken soup tomorrow," Jenna said firmly. "You need proper nutrition."

Stella's eyes lit up before she quickly waved her hands. "That's too much trouble. Takeout is fine—no dishes to wash."

"Don't be polite with me." Jenna stood, placing her bag on the chair. "I'm going to the restroom. Eat your meal first."

As she stepped out of the ward, Jenna walked down the hallway toward the bathroom.

Passing another room, she suddenly froze.

The voices inside were unmistakable.

Heidi Roland's loud, distinctive tone was clearly audible even through the door.

Hesitating for a moment, Jenna quietly approached. The door was slightly ajar, making the conversation even clearer.

It wasn't just Heidi.

Victor Roland and Fiona Roland were there too.

Jenna narrowed her eyes and pushed the door open.

Inside, three hospital beds held Victor, Fiona, and Jason Roland.

"Well, well," Jenna leaned against the doorframe, a mocking smile curling her lips. "Karma finally caught up with you?"

Victor's legs were both in casts, suspended in the air. Fiona looked even worse—her head wrapped in bandages, face bruised purple and blue.

Victor started to lash out but suddenly clutched his chest, his face turning pale.

"Get out!" he hissed through gritted teeth.

Unfazed, Jenna pulled out her phone and started recording. "Such a priceless moment deserves to be preserved."

Fiona, unable to move, could only glare venomously. "You little bitch! Just you wait!"

"Wait for you to be discharged?" Jenna pocketed her phone, her smile sweet. "I'd prefer you stay here forever. Better yet—drop dead so Milo and I can attend your funeral."

She tilted her head, feigning regret. "What a shame. The wicked always live long."
