Jenna Roland arrived at the school to find the campus buzzing with rumors.

She dialed Milo Roland's number. Her brother answered in a hushed voice, "Sis, I'm in Mr. Zhang's office."

Hanging up, Jenna hurried toward the academic building. A crowd of curious students had gathered outside the office, including Milo's classmate Ryan Watson.

Pushing open the door, Jenna immediately spotted Milo standing in the corner. The room held several teachers and four uniformed police officers. To her surprise, Jason Roland and Victor Roland were also present.

"Officer, I have evidence." Jenna pulled out her phone. "This is a recording of Jason threatening me a few days ago."

Jason's voice rang clear from the recording: "If you don't pay up, I'll expose your secrets."

Victor paled. "That recording must be fake! My son would never do such a thing!"

Fiona Roland suddenly dropped to her knees, wailing dramatically. "Officer, please see the truth! We raised these ungrateful siblings for years—"

"Enough!" Jenna cut her off sharply. "You've harassed my brother at school repeatedly. Now you're twisting the facts!"

Officer Liam Hill frowned at Milo. "They claim you owe them money?"

Milo clenched his fists. "I borrowed five hundred for textbooks at semester start. Now they demand twenty thousand. This is extortion!"

Fiona shrieked hysterically. "After all the food and shelter we provided, now you think you can just walk away?"

Tension crackled in the office. Jenna watched the mother-son duo's performance with icy detachment.
