Chapter 441: Chapter 441

Nathan was ready to argue with Andrew when Ethan suddenly spoke up. "I do. I believe Nathan."

Nathan knew exactly what Andrew was trying to do. He wanted to pressure him into bringing Elizabeth to meet them.

They had been dating for months, yet he never introduced her to his closest friends.

There were occasions when Andrew pushed so hard that Nathan almost gave in. But Elizabeth always declined whenever he asked.

He understood her hesitation. After everything that happened with the Levines, she didn't feel secure. Only her best friends Elise and Samantha knew about their relationship.

Elizabeth worried that if too many people knew, the Levines might target Nathan. She insisted she knew Nancy Levine too well.

They needed to wait for Nancy's anger to subside. Only when she stopped actively harassing Elizabeth could they be together openly.

Nathan respected Elizabeth's decision completely. Truthfully, Elizabeth mattered more to him than anyone else.

That's why he never revealed anything, no matter how Andrew threatened him.

Andrew stared at Ethan in disbelief. "Wait. You know Nathan's girlfriend?"

Was he really the only one who hadn't met her?

He spent the most time with Nathan... and Nathan told everyone except him?

Was Nathan worried he'd make a move on his brother's woman too?

Just as Andrew's temper began to flare, Ethan answered calmly, "I haven't met her, but I trust Nathan's judgment."

Andrew snorted dismissively. Trust without even meeting her?!

A servant approached them respectfully. "Mr. Davis? Your parents said dinner will begin shortly. They request your presence in the main hall to greet the guests."

"Understood," Nathan replied. They had been relaxing in the third-floor game room. "Wait here. I need to attend to the guests."

"Let's come with you," Andrew said. "This place is getting boring anyway."

"Fine."

The three men headed downstairs together. The gathering was intimate, consisting only of close family and friends.

The atmosphere was relatively casual... to a certain extent.

When they reached the main hall, they found Nancy already there. Beside her stood a timid-looking girl who bore a striking resemblance to Elizabeth.

They assumed it was Cora Bennett, Nancy's long-lost biological daughter.

The trio was surprised to see them arriving now instead of at noon.

But it wasn't entirely unexpected. Nancy was very close with Yulia Davis, Nathan's mother.

"Nathan, over here," Yulia called out.

Nathan quickly made his way to her, with Andrew and Ethan following closely.

"Your Aunt Nancy is here. Aren't you going to greet her properly?" Yulia gestured.

"Hello, Aunt Nancy," Nathan said politely, despite his personal reservations about the woman. He particularly disliked how cruel she had been to Elizabeth.

Still, he maintained respect for his mother's sake.

Among people of their social standing, showing proper respect to elders was expected - even if their behavior was questionable in private.

This wasn't about coercion. It was about the discipline ingrained through family upbringing.

"This is Cora, Nancy's daughter. She's two years younger than you," Yulia introduced eagerly.

Nathan glanced at the young woman. She looked so much like Elizabeth.

Yet so many things set them apart. "Hello," Nathan greeted her with polite detachment.
