Chapter43 The box Mother left behind

"Ever since Jonathan threw me to Meadow Park three years ago. I've been preparing for any possible mishaps. Do you remember the largest partner company we had overseas?" Westfield nodded, asking in return.

“Do you mean that offshore investment company?" Redsprings seemed to have guessed something and was surprised.

Westfield explained while smiling, "Yes, that's my Plan B! Almost all of John Reed investments in the past three years were established through that company. As a third-party and the largest investor in all those projects,they can withdraw funds at any time and leave the mess to Kenneth Scott!"

"Back then, I never understood why you insisted on collaborating with such a shady foreign company.I didn't expect it to be yours!" Redsprings had now understood Westfield's plan.

Once this company withdrew all of its investments, Kenneth Scott would face defaults and enormous losses.It wouldn't be impossible for it to collapse within a short time. Moreover, the pile-up of bad debts and legal suits from partnerships will make Kenneth Scott panic.

"Is this the box?" Westfield accepted the box and carefully examined it.

"What's inside? Where's the key? "Westfield asked.

After realizing this, Westfield immediately took out the amber stone from his chest and fiercely smashed it on the ground, cracking it open and revealing a thin and long metal object inside.
